TQT Foundation
START YOUNG. BUILD BIG.
Tran Quoc Toan Foundation builds a practice-first learning environment where people grow communication skills, independent thinking, and the ability to turn ideas into reality. We believe lasting skill does not come from memorization alone — it comes from speaking, building, receiving feedback, and improving again.
Tran Quoc Toan Foundation builds a practice-first learning environment where people grow communication skills, independent thinking, and the ability to turn ideas into reality. We believe lasting skill does not come from memorization alone — it comes from speaking, building, receiving feedback, and improving again.
Two learning paths — TQT English School and TQT Startup School — share one ambition: help young people and adults in Vietnam communicate confidently with the world, and create products of real value.

Every learner begins with a different need. Some need English to open doors in study and work. Others need an entrepreneurship framework to turn ideas into products. We designed two schools on one foundation of values: practice, feedback, and visible outcomes.
English for communication — not just memorization. Learners build reflexes, expression, and interaction in real situations: introducing themselves, discussing ideas, presenting, interviewing, and collaborating in English.
Learn more →From idea to a real product. Learners discover problems, interview users, validate hypotheses, use AI as a supporting tool, and develop prototypes they can present to real people.
Learn more →Our method is not built around short-lived trends. It rests on three principles that apply to both English classes and startup studios — because communication and creation both require deliberate practice.
Skills form through conversation, scenarios, and projects. Theory appears when it clarifies action — it never replaces action. Every session asks learners to speak or make something concrete.
Every exercise and project aims at real users or real communication situations. Learners do not only complete in-class tasks; they practice talking with others, hearing feedback, and adjusting how they work.
Progress comes from continuous, clear, actionable feedback. Teachers and mentors observe the process, name strengths and next steps, and help learners see growth over time — not only through a final test.

Groups small enough for every person to speak, receive notes, and be followed — not lost in a crowd.
Most of the time goes to conversation, scenarios, teamwork, and building products.
Teachers and mentors give specific notes for each learner, not only a generic score.
Learners produce talks, demos, or prototypes they can present to other people.
Goals and milestones are clear from the start, so learners know where they are and what comes next.
Use AI to move faster. Do not use AI to avoid asking the right questions.
Good feedback does not only say right or wrong. It names a next step the learner can take immediately.
Entrepreneurship does not start with a great idea. It starts with a problem clear enough to validate.
