Our mission is to build a practice-first education environment where young people and adults grow communication skills, independent thinking, technology application, and the ability to create products of real value.
We see education not only as knowledge transfer, but as the conditions for action. A strong session is not always a long lecture. It may be a difficult conversation, a first user interview, or a presentation of an unfinished product — after which the learner leaves clearer about the next step.
In a Vietnam that is integrating deeper through language, technology, and entrepreneurship, the gap is often not missing information. The gap is missing practiced feedback loops: speaking English often enough for reflexes to form; building products real enough to learn from users; receiving notes specific enough for progress to have direction.
That is why TQT’s mission is expressed in three verbs: communicate, create, build. Communicate to open doors. Create to form ideas and products. Build to turn what was learned into lasting value — for oneself, for a team, and for the community around them.
Communicate
Use language confidently in life and work — not only on a paper score. We train reflexes, expression, and listening in real contexts.
Create
Turn ideas into products with real users. Learners validate before they scale, and use tools — including AI — responsibly.
Build
Learn to create lasting value, not just finish a course. Every program aims at working habits, critical thinking, and the ability to keep learning independently.
